I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am located in Benton, AR, and offer Telehealth services throughout the state of Arkansas. I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, utilizing CBT, ACT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
My focus
I have found my approach and these types of therapy are beneficial and productive with both adolescents and adults. I believe that we all go through difficult transitions and stressors at various times in our lives, and sometimes we just need some guidance to assist us with maneuvering through those journeys.
My approach
I use a person-centered approach throughout the therapy process, which allows me to focus on the needs of each client in order to utilize the strengths of the client and focus on empowerment. The most frequent types of therapy that I utilize are CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
