I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

I believe that we all go through difficult transitions and stressors at various times in our lives, and sometimes we just need some guidance to assist us with maneuvering through those journeys.
