What needs to be different in your life? We'll focus on what you want more or less of and work toward your therapy goals together. I'll ask questions, laugh with you, listen to you, and extend respect and dignity. I don't believe in boot camp-style, harsh, shaming, blaming "therapeutic" environments that are anything but helpful.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had a lifelong interest in earning my doctorate, and I proved to myself that a goal can be accomplished. I have spent a lifetime witnessing the resilience, the wonder, the complexity, and the beauty of the human spirit. You know yourself best. Let's work together to find the adult Self inside you that is ready and able to build a life for you.
