My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been a good listener, and friends told me I could be a good therapist. I reached a breaking point where self-esteem issues and substance use landed me in intensive residential treatment. There, therapy literally saved my life. I committed to help others through the same problems I went through.

My goals for you

I believe that clients should be able to set goals and the methods that they would like to use to help them accomplish these goals. You are the expert on your own life. It is my job to ask the right questions, to help you find your own plan. I offer support and guidance during the goal-setting process.

Our first session

During our first session, you can expect to answer a series of get-to-know-you questions and take some time to identify short- and long-term goals and develop a basic outline of how we can work together to help you accomplish these goals.
