I work with adults 18+. Through working with couples as well as individuals with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, my expertise spans gentle encouragement and support.
My approach
Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CBT/DBT, I can quickly assess your needs and provide appropriate, effective therapy. Within a short time, you will feel better and manage your life with more joy and clarity.
