Hi there, I'm Ashley!
Suffering is a natural part of being human. When it arises, it's easy to push through or push down what we feel. But you don't have to. Suffering has an antidote called compassion, which means "to suffer together." This is the foundation of my work. Everyone deserves care and compassion in their suffering and a safe space to be with it all.
My focus
I work primarily with women facing anxiety, stress and burnout, pregnancy and postpartum issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and binge eating. My specialties also include career counseling, codependency, coping skills, self-esteem, sleep issues, spirituality, weight loss, and women's health.
My approach
My approach is grounded in compassion. I believe everyone deserves care and understanding in their suffering, and my role is to provide a safe space for you to be with all you're experiencing. Through acceptance, compassion, and various therapeutic techniques, my goal is to help you discover your inner resources to overcome any obstacle.
