Asking for support isn't always easy—taking that first step can be the hardest part. My priority is to build a therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe, validated, and supported. Change can be both challenging and rewarding, and my role is to help you navigate that process with compassion and care.
My focus
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, impulsive behaviors, hopelessness, relationship difficulties, and grief. Whatever you're facing, we will work together to explore and address the barriers that may be keeping you from living the life you envision.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect and to build healthier coping skills. I also draw from DBT, focusing on emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills. Mindfulness is woven throughout my work to reduce anxiety and strengthen present-moment awareness.
