As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting teenagers, young adults, a who are seeking to work through trauma and move forward in their lives. My own experiences have inspired me to pursue this path, and I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for anyone who wants to begin their healing journey.

I am motivated to work with those who are ready to take that difficult next step in bettering their mental health. Collaborating with teens and adults to process trauma and stress in order to meet their goals.
