Hi there, I'm Felicia!
I vow to offer a safe space for you to share, be, and feel seen. I am person-centered and usually say that I have a trauma lens. My goal is to help you understand yourself, to normalize what you are experiencing, and to join you on a path to healing. There is life after trauma. Allow me to help you see that!
My focus
I work with all ages and genders, including families who have struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I create space for those navigating difficult emotions and seeking to rebuild their sense of worth.
My approach
I am Person-Centered and feel as though you are the expert of you. No one knows you like you know you! When applicable, I utilize trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and/or an Existential Therapeutic approach. I am not quick to be Solution-Focused, as that can sometimes come off as dismissive.
