Hi there, I'm Stacy!

I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma and anxiety. I have a passion for helping people heal from the trauma of their past and discover their potential for a fulfilling future. I also help people decrease their anxiety so they can enjoy the present moment. I work well with those who have had past poor experiences in therapy.

My focus

I enjoy working with clients who find themselves stuck in the same patterns and want to break away from them. I love working with clients who find that traditional talk therapy only helped them so much and are wondering if there is hope for a better future. I believe there is hope and will work to find the techniques that you respond to.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach that includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and person-centered techniques to best tailor therapy to your unique needs. I have experience working with people experiencing difficulties due to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and anger.
