A therapeutic relationship can be one of the most important relationships we have in our lives. For this reason, I practice therapy from a person-centered approach first. My focus
I specialize in working with survivors of abuse, including childhood sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and familial abuse. I strive to ensure my work is rooted in cultural humility and that the therapeutic space honors our shared values. I am especially passionate about working with individuals from similar cultural backgrounds.
My approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy and work with my clients to find the right approach and modality for them. A few of my preferred modalities include EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT.
