As a counselor, my goal is to provide support as you go through life's challenges. Together, we can work through managing your emotions, healing past trauma, or navigating difficult life transitions.

Are you going through a difficult period right now and just need some extra support? I work with individuals who are struggling with life transitions or new and challenging seasons. This includes relationship changes, parenting challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, job changes, etc.

My journey to mental healthcare

I received my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am a Licensed Associate Counselor for the state of Arizona. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, and EFT for couples work. I am also certified in trauma therapy.

Through managing emotions, setting new goals, accountability, and learning new skills, I help client's reach their individualized goals one small step at a time.
