My communication style

I am down-to-earth. I walk with you. I have been told I am easy to work with as I don't use a lot of technical language, and I am straightforward with an easy gentleness.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love people! I have always been interested in the human psyche. As a kid, my mother had an extensive library. I started reading her books. I particularly liked Carl Jung and Fritz Perls when I was around 11 or 12. I do this work because 'We must all hang together, or assuredly, we will all hang separately.' -Benjamin Franklin

My goals for you

I ask the client what their goals are, and then we work on those goals and take them one step at a time.

Our first session

The first session is busy! Lots of information gathering and identifying goals for treatment. I try to make it as painless as possible, but it's a lot.
