Hi there, I'm Cara!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and families heal from trauma and life stressors by creating space to process experiences, strengthen identity and relationships, and rediscover meaning and connection.

My focus

I support adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges related to trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. These experiences can often show up as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, or difficulties in relationships.

My approach

I work with individuals and families to build trust, explore challenges, and strengthen connections. Using Family Systems, CBT, trauma-focused, and somatic approaches, I help clients understand their stress responses, navigate emotions, and find calm and balance through connection and movement.

My communication style

I strive to create a calm, welcoming space that meets clients where they are. I know therapy can feel vulnerable, so I bring authenticity, compassion, and a good sense of humor to help clients feel comfortable opening up without fear of judgment.

I’ve always been drawn to people and their stories. I’m continually inspired by the strength and resilience of the human spirit and feel grateful to support others as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and find peace through connection and healing relationships.
