I work with individuals and families affected by addiction and alcoholism, family conflict or estrangement, and relationship challenges including communication or intimacy issues. I also support those experiencing life transitions, loss, grief, or trauma.
My approach
I use family systems, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to help you understand patterns and develop new skills. With addiction, trauma, and grief clients, I also incorporate creative expression through music, song, and poem writing to deepen healing.
