Everybody deserves to be heard and feel safe. Life experiences often leave an impact we can't see or understand. My primary areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My focus
I work with individuals 18+ to create a nonjudgmental, safe place to foster healing and change. I focus on transforming the lingering "stuff" from our experiences, which often show up in problems with relationships, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.
My approach
I take a collaborative approach to ensure you feel safe and we're working on what's important to you. I primarily use evidence-based, bottom-up modalities like EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which use the body and nervous system to address the root of issues. These strategies frequently provide long-lasting change.
