I support individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, grief, and stress. As a proud LGBTQIA+ member, I try to understand the challenges marginalized communities face, including systemic discrimination and transphobia.

I take a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to foster resilience and growth. Using strength-based and person-centered techniques, I incorporate evidence-based methods like DBT, mindfulness, CPT, and motivational interviewing to meet your unique goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career as a social worker and had the fortunate experience of working in many different positions, including HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness, Homelessness care, Veteran Hospital social work, community mental health, teaching at several universities, and much more.
