My communication style

I have an open communication style supporting people being able to speak their mind without judgment or fear. I actively listen and will help support you while you reflect on your experiences. Whether the situation is current or something that has occurred in the past, I am here to be a support while you work through your therapeutic journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with the desire to help families and individuals understand mental health and provide support throughout their journey. I realized that I have a desire to help others better their lives and wanted to learn modalities and tools to provide people with for growth and self-discovery.

My goals for you

I believe that therapy can be a great tool and partnership to have to help navigate life and reach treatment goals. One thing I emphasize and feel strongly about is that the journey and goal you set is yours; I cannot and am unable to work harder than you. You have to be ready and willing to put the work in.

Our first session

Our first session will provide an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together over time. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth and healing.
