I work with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and work and family concerns. I support children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. While I conceptualize from a psychodynamic perspective, my treatment is integrative, often using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques.

I work to help you challenge unhealthy thoughts and emphasize self-care strategies to maintain sobriety and manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I offer hope, a safe space to share and discover, compassion, and acceptance.

My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused methods. I help you gain confidence to find the resources and strategies that work best for you so you can make changes with lasting effects. I welcome you to start your growth and healing journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

My enthusiasm for therapy began as a young adolescent. Growing up in an environment of depression and substance abuse, I often felt the same emotions that bring clients to therapy. My personal experiences have created a strong desire to help others.

I believe healing is a collaborative experience in which you actively participate in developing your treatment plan. Anxiety, depression, and other disturbances often reflect current interpersonal problems and the continuing influence of past experiences.
