My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to help people, and I have worked with people from all walks of life. I have a background in serving and working with all populations and continue to have a passion for helping people as they walk through life's process and work through the different highs and lows that life will always provide for us.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with my clients, partnering together to identify goals and create actionable steps. We'll regularly check in on progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you're moving toward the outcomes that matter most to you.

Our first session

We start with an introductory session, and you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable while opening up about your situation. From there, we'll work together to make your goals a reality.
