My goal is to support individuals in attaining their goals through the collaborative process of therapy. We can work together to process previous traumatic experiences and develop new tools to cope and communicate to maintain success throughout the future.
My focus
I enjoy working with people across the lifespan who are ready to make a change to improve their lives but may have anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms holding them back in some way. Some people have tried therapy before and thought it wasn't for them. I specialize in working with you to create an individualized approach.
My approach
My approach to therapy is systems-focused. We do not exist in a vacuum and are very social creatures. As humans, we are impacted by our environment and relationships with others. In addition to systems theory, I am also rooted in the adaptive information processing model of EMDR.
