My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and find their inner strength. Early on, I found myself drawn to understanding human behavior and how people process their emotions, cope with trauma, and seek meaning in their lives.

I approach goal setting with clients in a collaborative and client-centered way, ensuring that the goals we set are meaningful and tailored to their individual values and needs. In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, identify areas where you want change or growth, and break those larger goals into smaller, manageable steps.
