My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider was driven by a deep desire to support individuals through some of their most challenging moments. I was drawn to psychiatry because it allows meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and the opportunity to see real transformation through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with patients by collaborating closely to identify their individual priorities, strengths, and challenges. Together, we establish clear, realistic, and measurable goals that align with their personal values and long-term well-being. I ensure that goals are both clinically meaningful and achievable.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment focused on understanding their unique needs and concerns. I will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes discussing current symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.
