I work collaboratively with you to help you identify what keeps you feeling stuck and address healthy ways to work through those challenges toward growth. I work to help you feel and do better.

Whether you're a young adult, middle-aged, or a senior citizen, I work with you individually to focus on your needs. You develop skills that improve your life and relationships.
My approach
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you work through how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are impacting you. I work with you to achieve empowerment to more effectively understand and impact each other, increasing the control you have over your life.
