My approach
I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you.
