My communication style

I communicate in a warm, calm, and collaborative way, using active listening and a client-led approach to ensure your voice guides our work. In sessions, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable while working toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

was drawn to becoming a provider through a genuine interest in helping others and a deep curiosity about psychology. I’m passionate about understanding human behavior and supporting people as they navigate challenges, grow self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My goals for you

I help clients set realistic, meaningful goals based on their needs and priorities, then break them into manageable steps. Together, we track progress, adjust as needed, and build skills and insight along the way so you can feel more confident, capable, and supported as you work toward lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you—your experiences, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. I’m interested in understanding your story and what support feels most helpful to you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and how I can best support you moving forward.
