I value clear, open communication as I believe communication is critical to maintain healthy relationships. I am nonjudgmental and empathetic as I strive to provide a safe therapeutic space.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began after experiencing trauma. I realized the impact that unresolved trauma has on relationships and daily functioning, so I sought to better understand and process my past experiences to help others in their healing journey.

Our first session

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's normal to feel nervous about our first meeting, but don't worry. I'm here to help you along the way.
