I am an LPC who works with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, lack of self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, parenting challenges, racial identity, and work/life balance. I also work with those experiencing multiple areas of grief and loss: loss of a relationship, loss of a loved one, or loss of a job.

My approach
I believe in taking a strength-based and client-centered approach to therapy. What this means is that we will work collaboratively by building trust and establishing a great rapport. I have experience and training using CBT, Grief Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
