Hi there, I'm Devin!

I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and substance abuse. Using a humanistic approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools, I help clients make positive changes. I identify as part of the LGBTQ community and provide culturally competent care to LGBTQ, BIPOC, and multiracial clients.

My focus

I work primarily with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and substance abuse. These problems often manifest in ways that interfere with life goals. Through our work together, we can develop ways to navigate the world more successfully.

My approach

My approach depends on your needs, but I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to provide effective tools for achieving your goals. My work is based on humanistic therapy principles that emphasize a strong therapeutic alliance. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment in therapy.
