I focus on empowering you toward greater self-identity and self-agency amid cultural differences, family influences, societal pressures, and intergenerational trauma.

I work with clients who experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, work-related burnout, time management, gender identity, cultural stress, and family conflicts. I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and immigrant communities.
My approach
I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to cultivate acceptance, curiosity, understanding, and behaviors for growth and resilience. I also implement attachment-based emotionally focused approaches as additional support. Sessions emphasize cultural humility, trauma-informed approaches, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
