We all seek connection, a sense of belonging, and also we seek to have a sense of purpose and value. When we find ourselves in relationships where we feel a lack of connection or a sense of being undervalued by our partner we tend to lose vitality and/or security. My focus
Couples and families finding yourself stuck, circling around ever increasing toxic patterns? Individuals finding yourself stuck in a negative spiral of emotions? I work with couples, families and individuals with a similar focus on addressing negative patterns communication, behaviors and emotions.
My approach
I have been trained in multiple approaches including EMDR and EFT. I am open to many approaches but my overarching belief is that we can and do heal individually and as a couple or family. We will first explore deeply the patterns of behavior, belief and emotions that underpin dysfunction and then we will decide and implement a chosen treatment.
