My journey to mental healthcare

Trauma work has been a personal and professional passion. I have always found that healing takes place when we have a confident guide who also shows compassion and empathy around the challenges that come with finding our authentic self. I really want to be that guide whom you can trust and build a connection with.

My goals for you

I find that goals are found by understanding what is the root issue around any distress one experiences. Goals can then be defined by getting to know what steps one can take toward their own healing path.

Our first session

It's important for me to be transparent and clear about the guidelines. I will then gather information from you to gain a better understanding of what goals are important to you.
