I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Long Beach, California. I am currently working with clients via telehealth. I specialized in working with adults who are experiencing or have been diagnosed with the following diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar, PTSD, substance use, and schizophrenia.
My focus
Typically, I see adults who are faced with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Co-dependency, and Trauma. However, in the past, I have worked with people who are experiencing more severe mental health symptoms.
My approach
The main modality I use in therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. However, my approach may be borrowed from many different modalities depending on my clients' needs, such as Mindfulness, Solution Focus, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, Psychotherapy, and others.
