My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career in the field of aging working at a large retirement community. I fell in love with this population and started working in outpatient mental health and geriatric care management. My journey has led me back to working as a therapist which drives my passion currently.

I assess whether you have been in therapy before and start where you are at this time. I review confidentiality and its limitations. I build rapport and trust through active listening and sensitivity.
