I am an adult psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care with a holistic approach to conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and addiction.

I treat adults struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, alcohol and substance use disorders. I welcome patients of all backgrounds and offer care in both English and French.
My approach
I provide personalized care that incorporates medication management, as well as elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). Additionally, I integrate my training as an executive coach into my practice, offering a unique blend of therapeutic and coaching techniques.
