I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing over 17 years of nursing experience and 7 years as an advanced practice provider.

Our first session

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history.
