I believe therapy should be a nonjudgmental and safe space where you feel heard and respected. I use active listening and empathy to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable to share your story and provide feedback when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been interested in understanding people, their life story and what influences the way they think, feel or behave. I wanted a career where I could connect with people and help them make lasting change in life.

My goals for you

I help you reach your goals by first understanding what is important to you and identifying the problem areas to create a personalized treatment plans using a therapeutic approach that works best for your needs.

Our first session

Our first session together is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. It's normal to feel nervous or even scared, we can take this at your pace and work together to figure out what works best for you.
