My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to help people navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. Supporting clients through difficult transitions and watching them build resilience continues to inspire my work every day.

There are two primary things I ask clients in the first session. What brought them to counseling? How were they hoping that the process of working with me might help them? Part of our time in the first session will be spent getting all the basic information about you and creating a plan for our work together.
