The process of therapy involves working towards effective coping, resolution, and self-development. In that process, I address patterns and emotions, as well as thoughts and actions, for a more lasting effect.

I understand the importance of cultivating a trusting climate, which means incorporating respect, empathy, genuine care, and collaboration into my communication style. I am interactive and meet clients where they are in addressing their purpose for therapy and in guiding the direction taken to reach their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being a Clinical Counselor is the ideal blend of my interest in psychology and putting into practice the value I place on relationships for well-being and development. I continue to provide psychotherapy because I see the beneficial results it brings and I appreciate all I have gained from doing this work.
