Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, identity questions, anxiety, depression, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. I’m not a 'blank wall' therapist. I’m right there with you, using a mix of open, honest dialogue, genuine warmth, and a bit of humor to help us navigate the heavy stuff without it feeling so heavy. Most importantly, I want to know what's working for you; your feedback is what keeps our sessions real and helps us get to the goal.

My journey to mental healthcare

I entered the mental health field because of a deep-seated belief in the inherent worth of every individual. To me, the most remarkable thing about being human is our capacity for change; I’ve always been inspired by the process of supporting people as they grow into who they truly want to be.

I use a strengths-based toolkit to help you move forward. We’ll use deep, curious questioning and mindfulness to uncover your truth, alongside CBT/DBT skills and visualization for relief. Through collaborative goal-setting, we’ll ensure the work is yours—focused on your resilience and shaped by your feedback every step of the way.

The first session serves as a mutual discovery process. It is a dedicated space to explore the current situation, identify inherent strengths, and establish collaborative goals through curious dialogue. This time is designed for you to ask questions, gauge the therapeutic relationship, and determine if my approach feels like a supportive fit.
