I love working with children, teenagers & women going through pivotal life changes, helping them find their voice, build confidence, and navigate all of life's big and messy feelings. Working with little ones and their families will always be my passion! I'm endorsed by the state of California as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Specialist.
My approach
You might find us drawing, talking about your favorite music, or even sharing a few silly jokes because therapy should feel like a space where you can just be YOU! I most commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Art and Play Therapy. I love working with parents of young children and commonly use the Incredible Years Parenting approach.
