I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for teens, adults, and couples! I help people navigate stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges by creating a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes.

I work with teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges and want to understand themselves better while improving how they cope and connect with others.

I focus on helping clients understand patterns, process emotions, and build insight while also developing practical tools for change. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace.

My communication style is warm, direct, and approachable. I strive to be supportive and honest while also creating space for reflection and growth. I value building a genuine connection with clients and often incorporate curiosity and occasional humor -as needed, of course - to make the process feel more natural!

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work because I wanted to support people during difficult and often overwhelming moments in their lives. Over time, I developed a strong appreciation for how meaningful it is to help others feel understood and create lasting change, which led me to become a therapist.

I work with clients to identify clear, meaningful goals and break them down into manageable steps. We explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to support change. I regularly check in on progress and adjust our work as needed to keep it relevant and helpful.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals for therapy, and any questions you may have. I move at your pace and focus on creating a space where you feel heard and supported from the start.
