I am a mental health therapist with over 9 years of experience, and I have worked with clients having a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I work with individual adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

I tailor your goals and objectives in therapy to meet your specific needs. But also - I'm here to listen. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).

My journey to mental healthcare

I always knew when I was a kid that I was going to join the military, which is where I found my love for therapy. After coming home from two deployments to Iraq, I realized that I needed to ask for help, and so I did. Today I am happy, useful, and full of hope. I have found purpose, peace, and passion in life, and I know you can too.

I want to help you accomplish your goals in life, including developing coping skills, decreasing mental health symptoms, improving relationships, processing trauma, and/or reducing/stopping substance use. You deserve to find happiness. You deserve to feel joy. You deserve to be free. You are not alone.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other, to ensure you are comfortable with us working together, and to identify the goals you would like to accomplish together. You are the one driving the ship; I am simply just the navigator giving guidance on possible directions we can head together.
