I most commonly treat moderate to high-functioning clients experiencing mental health concerns. I typically work within Latinx or ethnic-minority groups, as I can greatly connect with their experiences of social injustice as a bilingual Latinx woman.
My approach
The most common approach I utilize in therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on empowering you through challenging behaviors, creating self-confidence in promoting change, and increasing trust in yourself and others.
