My communication style

I grew up in New York City and have no problem being truthful. On the the flipside, I have lived in California for so long my style has become more gentle and spiritually based. I hope to live and learn. My clients always teach me what I need to know.

My journey to mental healthcare

I espouse the concept of the wounded healer. Like our first therapists, the shaman, I see my work as an non-judgmental processing and incorporating my own experience as a human. I believe that we never graduate from "Me " school; progress not perfection and marathon not sprint.
