My approach
I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I use EMDR therapy for trauma, along with CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor our sessions to your needs. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
