I work with adults experiencing anxiety that may look like overthinking, overplanning, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and depression. I specialize in building self-worth and forming meaningful relationships, both with yourself and others. I have experience with trauma, including military trauma, sexual and physical abuse, abandonment, and neglect.

As an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and emotion- and attachment-based practices to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
