I like to communicate. I am someone you can talk with and process various ideas with.

My journey to mental healthcare

After suffering from a TBI from a car accident, my life changed direction. I have learned the importance of friends, family, and support. The resources are out there, you just have to figure out what you want and then find a healthy, productive way to achieve it.

My goals for you

Tell me what you want, and we will figure out what needs to be done and how long it will take to achieve the result you want, or at least get you started in the right direction.

Our first session

The first session is simply a 'get to know you session' and an opportunity to acquire general knowledge to find out if we are compatible. Hopefully, it will provide a sense of direction and provide a plan that will inform the steps that can be taken to achieve one's goal.
