In my practice, I value being supportive, warm, and non-judgmental. I work with adults who are neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and struggling with chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. My work is DBT-informed, CBT-informed, trauma-informed, and compassion-based.

I work with people between the ages of 15 and 80. I treat depression, anxiety, couples, panic attacks, anger, discrimination, phases of life, and adjustment issues.
