I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, learning disabilities, and various adjustment concerns. My focus is on creating a therapeutic environment where you feel safe and empowered to explore and address these difficulties.

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral approach, address the client's history of trauma, and address any relevant family concerns and dynamics. My approach is tailored to your unique experiences, aiming to foster resilience and promote emotional well-being.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to explore the concerns you'd like to address. We'll cover initial introductions and comfort, an overview of confidentiality and consent, understanding your concerns, exploring your history, setting goals and expectations, and any questions you have.
